Digital Thinktank GmbH provides Umbu. The customer is the controller of the company books. Digital Thinktank GmbH is the processor.

Documents and AI

Documents are read in Paris (Scaleway fr-par).

If an error occurs, Scaleway may keep a request for up to two weeks to analyse it.

Transactional mail is configured for Scaleway in Paris. Delivery is not claimed until the production mail gate is on.

Hosting

Our hosting provider Google Cloud belongs to a US group. In exceptional cases, US authorities could demand access to data held by Google, including in Switzerland. We have assessed and accepted this residual risk.

Sub-processors

Google Cloud EMEA Limited (hosting, Zurich), Scaleway SAS (document reading and transactional email, Paris) and Infomaniak Network SA (inbound mail). The table on this page is the same list as on the security page. Exoscale and Stripe appear only when that copy or billing is on. A new provider is announced 30 days in advance.

Retention

Books and vouchers are kept for 10 years after the fiscal year (CO 958f).
