like the “art decorative museum” in the louvre paris is the “tate modern” in london an amazing spot to have a great view of the city, it is also a very well designed museum but the view is spectacular! we were very lucky with the weather, best postcard weather!

my family invited me for a long weekend to london

i spent 6 months in london 14 years ago, to learn english in an international language school, i really enjoyed my time back then, i was 16 and very impressed by the city, but since then i never managed to return to the city. so i was pretty curious to see it again, it is so much cleaner and a great deal more posh compared to the britpop times i spent there

last weekend we went on a little road trip to paris, and i discoverd the “les arts décoratifs” museum at the end of the louvre, besides beeing a very good museum you can get amazing glimps of the city

just home from koh lanta thailand, where the wedding took place. i had such an amazing time, even though i only got away for a week!

just a few impressions of my new surroundingst.alban is one of the chic quarters of basel, i didn’t know that it has such a beautiful old town, it is full of old crafter atheliers in paper making and book binding craft, there’s also a museum of the history of book making, i’ve to go there some time
